What is Stress?
The term “stress” is often used to refer to stressors, or the things that cause stress, like family trouble, deadlines, health problems, or too little money. Other times when we say “stress,” we’re talking about the way we feel when we’re stressed: anxious, angry, tense, or agitated. But what makes something stressful also includes how we think about a situation that we are facing. Stress is the feeling we have when we think we can’t handle the problems we have.
